We are pleased to report on the completion of a partial refurbishment and upgrade of the Reception and Ground to 4th floor at Great Marlborough Street London building in December 2021.
Our client, an international asset/investment company wanted to bring the building and lettable space up to current standards while minimising costs.
With our own assistive architects and designers, we came up with a fabulous lettable office space.
The main works consisted of;
Re-design and major works to the reception
New VRV systems
New LED lighting
New door entry and floor by floor entry system.
Refurbished flooring
Upgraded kitchen/tea stations and toilets.
Re-establishing lettable office space to old Comms room.
External repairs to windows and masonry and complete external repainting. Which required complete external scaffolding and licences and approvals.
Internal new Data and electrical wiring and upgrading of electrical distribution boards and equipment.
Complete repainting and decoration to all internal areas.
