We have recently completed the 2nd and 3rd floor refurbishments of 75 Newman Street for Store property Investments Ltd.
Blackmoor Knight undertook a full strip out back to brickwork including installation on new VRV systems allowing the common building gas boiler and associated equipment to be removed to increase the rentable floor space. We also provided new flooring, painting and kitchens for the project.
