We are pleased to be working for a prestigious property company Store Property Ltd. We are working and maintaining on a number of their London buildings.
Some were floor refurbishments with new floors, painting kitchens and WC's and full upgrade of Mechanical and Electrical services including new VRV heating and cooling.
At Ely Place we turned a shabby redundant basement area into tenant shower and changing facilities to encourage cycling to work.
The works at Atelier house has mushroomed in its complexity and size as we established the condition and previous build issues.
The building owners Store Property Ltd wanted the building brought up to all current standards and an element of future proofing. This has required the complete removal of all existing cladding and associated materials and a complete rebuild.
Our challenge is to get this completed as swiftly and economically as possible.
